LANDSCAPE LIGHTING MAINTENANCE PLAN
Imagine your landscape lights always looking as good as the day they were installed!!!
With a preventative maintenance plan, we make that a reality!

Twice-A-Year (Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter) Check-Up to include:

• Inspection of the entire landscape lighting system
• Complete lamp replacement once a year*
• Lens cleaning
• Correct positioning of any adjustable lights
• Check socket for corrosion
• Replace fixture and / or socket under manufacturer’s warranty
• Lamp socket lubrication (silicone)
• Weatherproof corrosion sealant on electrical connections and contacts
• Repair damaged wires
• Inspection of transformer, timer and photocell; fuse replacement
• Re-set timers
• Voltage & Amperage testing


Annual Contract Fee

$150 with 10 lights or less - $10 for each additional light

Any additional work needed is charged at an hourly rate of $97. Our Maintenance Customers will always receive priority service when needed. In addition, we are happy to offer a 20% discount on any additional lights, lamps (excludes LED lamps), and accessories.
