SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are based on the estimated shipping weight and manufacturer of product purchased. We will notify you if additional shipping charges apply to your order. Our standard shipping charges are based on UPS Ground service of items shown on this website and apply to the continental United States only.

PAYMENT: All orders must be paid in full at time of order and prior to shipment. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa credit cards as payment.

RETURN POLICY: Items purchased from this website can be returned up to 30 days after shipment. These items must be new, unused, and suitable for resale. Full credit less the original shipping charge and 25% restocking fee will be applied back to the original credit card used to purchase the item.

WARRANTY/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: All products sold by The Light Works are covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranty. If a warranty issue arises or if you have any questions about a particular manufacturer’s policy, contact our office.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: If you receive any product damaged during shipping, retain the original packaging for inspection purposes. Contact our office immediately to notify us to begin the claims process. Once the claim has been filed with the carrier involved, a replacement item or repair part will be sent to you directly.

OTHER: In no event shall The Light Works be liable for the contingent, incidental, or consequential damages due to the product’s use.
